    Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators.   2. Cut Fat
    Avoid the obvious food such as fried foods, greasy burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Mayonnaise, nuts, potato chips, pizza, cookies, dessert, sodas, butter and margarine are not very nice on your heart and therefore, should remain on the shelves in your grocery store. Low fat meats such as turkey, fish, tuna and skinless chicken are excellent choices for you and your family's health and well-being! And, of course, fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, grapes) and vegetables (string beans, squash, brocolli, spinach) will keep you in perfect health!
